I received my master degree in Science following the master specialisation Physical Chemistry at the Radboud University in Nijmegen in 2018. During my masters I worked on increasing the photon recycling in thin-film GaAs solar cells by improving the back mirror reflectivity at the research group Applied Materials Science of dr. ir. John Schermer. Afterwards, I did an internship at Solliance Solar Research where I worked on controlled alkali-metal doping of sequentially grown CIGS solar cells under supervision of dr. Marcel Simor.

In 2019, I joined the M2N research group as a PhD candidate under supervision of prof. dr. René Janssen and dr. Martijn Wienk. The PhD project focuses on the development of wide band gap perovskite solar cells for multi-junction applications.
